NDIS Information & Support Services

Rest Home Care is a proud NDIS partner in the community, delivering personalised NDIS support services and Local Area Coordination to help people with disability live healthy, connected, and fulfilling lives.

We’re proud to be advocates for change, and recognise that each individual has their own desires and goals.

Some may want to start a business. Others want to do more with their artistic skills, or take part in a sport they’ve never been able to play before, or live more independently. We’re here to help you grow, build confidence, and turn those goals into reality.

And it works for us; the people we support tell us that we make a world of difference to their lives with our ‘Nothing About Me, Without Me’ approach, which ensures that a person with disability takes part in every conversation about their life, their services, and support.
